  Today I went in with a broken phone and no way to back anything up. Veronica got me my upgrade along with a case and glass to protect my new phone. She tried everything to help me get my pictures off the old phone with no luck. Justin the store manager also helped with no luck. He took my name and number and said if he could get it to work later he’d give me a call. I left not expecting to hear from him but a few hours later I got a call. I went in and Justin somehow got my old phone working enough to restore all my old pictures and got them on the new phone. Pictures from vacations and the day my daughter was born. I’m so thankful to both of them for going above and beyond what I ever expected! You don’t get this kind of customer service these days!
