Reviews about Two Wheel Jones Bicycles

My wife and I both recently started biking again after 15+ years of not getting on a bike. After a disappointing experience at another local bike shop we stopped by Two Wheel Jones. We probably spent 2-3 hours in the store the first day just asking questions, getting prices, and looking around. Both the first staff member who helped us as well as Travis (the owner) were extremely helpful and patient. We came back the next day to purchase two bikes and a bike trailer, and have been back a few more times since. Each time, the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. When we needed a warranty replacement on a light we had purchased that was malfunctioning, the process was painless and quick and we left with the replacement in a couple minutes. When we came in with a damaged tire (due to a large chunk of glass in the roadway that embedded itself in the tire), the replacement process was quick and extremely reasonable on price. We initially considered buying a tube and tire off of Amazon and doing the swap ourselves, but the cost to get it done in-store was only about $10 more, labor included, and we were out the door in 15 minutes. On request, they even neatly packaged up the damaged tube for us and sent us on our way with a cheap patch kit (I think it cost $2) so we could keep the old tube around as an emergency spare. In short, if you are new to biking or getting back in after a very long layoff, I highly recommend the staff here for their knowledge and patience.

Great shop. Brought road bike in today expecting to leave it for what I thought would be an expensive crank bearings repair.....worst noise I'd ever heard. It was just a chain guide bolt that had backed out and was extending into chain. Alex (cool girl mechanic) had me fixed and I was out of there in 20 minutes for $15.
