    Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received from any store in my life. This is a third party dealer so if you would like actual T-Mobile service, you should go to a real T-Mobile store. If you would like to deal with someone who may have just graduated high school, this is the store for you. The manager is dumber than the young children they have working there. I actually had to call T-Mobile myself to get my issues resolved (which T-Mobile did without a problem). I know that customer service has become a lost art however this store goes above and beyond horrible. I don’t normally write reviews however beware of this store, you will lose money and will still need to have a REAL T-Mobile rep help you… ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

    Manager is extremely rude, acts like you are wasting his time even though I was trying to add a new line and upgrade my two other lines, which were all eligible with prime credit. I apparently asked him too many questions, I guess "how much of a down payment will this phone have" and "what are the main differences between the note and the s9" were above his pay grade. While I was in the store, I saw him treat another woman with disrespect when she asked questions, but jumped at the opportunity to help her husband. He doesn't pick up on social cues as you would hope for a Manager, especially one that is in charge of other employee's. So now, I left the store and am writing this in their parking lot and will return tomorrow when a very nice, very HELPFUL and PATIENT young lady named Emily will be working. Someone who deserves the commission because she did her job, and listened to the customers needs and wants. I know he will still benefit from the sale because it goes on as a store wide quota- but at least Emily will get it personally. She was incredibly helpful to other customers and extremely polite while being down to earth as well. Get rid of that manager and guarantee you'll see alot more people leaving with a new phone, instead of the people now leaving with a bad taste in their mouth heading to a different company.
