Worst service received from any retail chain of any description . Several customers besides myself could get no help whatsoever. Totally Rude - unaccommodating, looking at watch - left store swearing to quite T-mobile after more than 10 years with T-Mobile. Went to to non-corporate store #4651. Had to research problem , found answer. -- Thank you for Exceptional service Exceptional professionalism. Exceptional accommodation (70+)
