Sheena greeted us with a smile and made the process of getting checked in a breeze..... after that Shay did a great job transferring an old account over to a new one for just us and applying my work discount applied to my account that I've been trying to do for the past week!!!! He was informative and patient as we (Mostly me) had a lot of Questions... Thank you BOTH!! Definitely will be back. :)
