  Not knowing how to fix broken pivots on 4 slats of one of my plantation shutters, I used Google to search for help. As is usually my experience in such situations, I found help in the form of a link to a YouTube video on the topic that was posted by Sunburst. Looked pretty easy, but I needed the replacement pivots. There was a phone number at the end of the video that I called. I explained my problem to the attendant (Charissa), who was very helpful. She understood my problem and indicated that they had the needed replacement pivots. And, she indicated that she;' ship the number needed to me at NO COST. A few days later they arrived arrived along with printed instructions. Shortly afterwards I spent about 30 minutes on the repair job and it went very well. It would have been faster had I followed the instructions well, but my natural tendency to improvise got in the way. Thanks to Sunburst and Charissa for the help. I'll know when to turn now when I have any difficulties with my shutters. Wjhile I certainly do not expect service to always be free, SunBurst's provision of theses replacement parts is much appreciated
