- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 06, 2020, by Tessa LittleHorrible customer service. Reps don't seem to know anything or care to help. Only one out of the 4 I met was helpful at all and he barely knew anything. One didn't want to help so he went to "the bathroom" for 20min and left us to wait. We were only with Sprint for 8 days and because of the service and especially the customer service we'll be going back to AT&T.
