Instead he proceeded to interrupt me multiple times and I gave up on trying to describe my issue. I am an avid skier, never been to a ski shop this unhelpful. Other staff seemed nice and it looked like they had a great selection of clothing. +1 star. If you need repairs done, do it yourself or go somewhere else.
