I dropped it off in the morning, and Sparky had it finished for me by lunchtime (even with having to take apart the whole thing to find the CMOS on a Clevo). I'm pretty he also fixed a busted latch on my CD drive, and cleaned my screen, keyboard, fan, etc. I know where to go for any other issues I have :-)
