  A couple of the employees seem knowledgeable but it feels more like a rep. Telling you about their food. Nothing I would trust without research. The biggest loss of stars is the dog wash, wow cha-ching. You can wash your dog once in 10 minutes maybe but to get them clean I need two washes, one down to skin second surface dirt and yes I wash my dog a lot. There is no time to condition and definately no time to dry with that so called high velocity dryer. I saw so many totally wet dogs being taken out into 40 degree weather. My dogs bath was free and I took my time but she was still not totally dry. And i was told when i checked out in no uncertain terms that next time it would be 3 dollars for every 5 minutes after the original 10. Ridiculous. Find somewhere reasonable. I won't be back. I will wash my dog at home and go to Bark Avenue for any help and product I need.
