  Signed up to be a vendor there, lady said I could leave a deposit of as little as $20 but I left it for 1st months rent, $200, to make it easier for her. Two days later I called to say something came up and instead of the following month I'd have to postpone my moving in for a few months, instead of saying "No problem, we'll be here when you're ready, would you like us to just hold your deposit?" The first thing she said was "You know your deposit is non-refundable!" I was dumbfounded, this was 2 days later!!? When I tried to reason with this person, and mentioned the fact that they said I could have just left a $20 deposit her response was "Well, that was your choice!" So, because I decided to leave a large deposit for her convenience I am now out $200, that this woman basically stole from me! I've been in business a long time and have never seen anything so unethical in my entire life!? I never write reviews on the internet but people really need to know how this place does business, and hopefully it'll save someone else from getting completely ripped off in the way that I was! Oh yeah, if you notice the other negative reviews, that mention a lady named Katie, that is the same person that did this to me.
