  I bought my fianceé promise ring from Kay's 2 years ago along with the extended warranty. Went in to get a diamond replaced since one fell out and they gave me the run around was rude and wouldn't replace it for me since she was a week late on her inspection. Not the way business should be done lucky for me mine was just a small diamond that I got fixed for cheap next to free at Arizona diamond center same day. I would never by anything from them again and would defiantly advise anyone to be cautious with buying diamonds from such a company. Go to Arizona dimond center where they know how customer service is done.
