  They were completely out of the 2 items I needed for the job I'm working on. 15" non faced insulation and the wire lath mesh 36"x150'. I didn't have time to wait around for someone to pull product out of the overheads so no insulation purchased and had to buy the more costly alternative to the lath wire. What I do appreciate is how helpful Antoinette was. She was great. The store really needs to check their top selling items and have the stuff on the shelf before they even open. I have to find another Home Depot that has the insulation I need in stock and on shelf.

  Even though this Home Depot is close to our house and we have had our kitchen remodeled by them and were very happy, we will NOT be returning. Today my husband went into to buy a hot water tank and as the employee is getting ready to use the hydraulic lift to get it from the shelf, another man came up beside my husband. The Home Depot employee stopped helping my husband and showed the other man hot water tanks explaining them while my husband waited. A simple "I'll be with you as soon as I get this tank for him," would have certainly been more appropriate! This is not the first time at this Home Depot that we have been disrespected! We're done!
