  I never write these reviews, but I just experienced the absolute worst costumer service I have ever encountered, and had to write about it. I went to the CVS with a feminine health product that I purchased at another CVS location, which I needed to return because it was three years expired. That's right, I was sold a feminine care product that was three years expired at a CVS. What's worse? Instead of "I'm so sorry that happened to you, let me take care of that," (or at least something which showed some helpfulness) I was very rudely told that I have to go back to the location where I purchased the item, and they don't take returns from other store locations. This other location would have required me to do a total of 60 minutes driving there and back. Of course, it gets even worse... I asked to speak to the manager, whom she told me was "at lunch." She didn't mention that there was an assistant manager there, which I found out later. Lacking any other options, or any semblance of helpfulness from the terrible cashier, I asked for the number for the CVS hotline, which she clearly did not want to give me. After asking three times, she finally gave me a number. After calling the number and speaking to a sales representative, he finally worked it out so that I could get a return with the assistant manager. That was a huge ordeal to go through for a return of a dangerous, expired feminine product. The sales representative had to use the emergency number to call the store manager, who had to work it out with the assistant manager, who was unaware that I was even in the store the entire time. This clerk (didn't catch her name, but an older woman with shoulder length hair) should be fired. Her only solution to my problem was giving me no one else to talk to and essentially telling me to get lost. Horrible, horrible service. Will not return to this location, and I recommend going to the Walgreens nearby.
