  I was so excited to find a blessing dress for my baby. The store had a nice selection but definitely not great prices. I found something that would work but they didn't have the size I needed. Lesa said she would have to order it but wouldn't submit the order for another week. I paid and planned to pick up two weeks later. Two hours after I left, a friend contacted me and asked to sew a blessing dress for our new baby. My husband and I were thrilled and I called Crismon's that same day to ask that she refund my card. Lesa refused and was cold about it. She stated profusely that her policy is no refunds, which I understand. After about 45 seconds on the phone, she told me her sister was there for a birthday celebration and she needed to get off the phone. Excuse me for calling during business hours! What I don't understand is Lesa hadn't even ordered the dress yet. She could have refunded without any loss. She told me she wasn't going to order the dress and my only option was store credit. So I get to eat $80. I should have read the other reviews before I went and experienced the terrible customer service. The next day my husband stopped by to discuss it with Lesa. She wouldn't even come talk to him face-to-face. She yelled down the stairs and told him it was store policy. When he explained the situation and that he knew she hadn't even ordered the dress yet, she started telling him that she didn't even turn a profit with her store most of the time and she had bills to pay! Like that's somehow our fault that she's not a savvy business owner. When my husband told he wouldn't be recommending her store to anyone, she said that if he lied it wouldn't hurt her because its store policy. We don't have to lie, and why would she even bring that up? I didn't see the store policy posted anywhere! I wish Lesa would be a little more accommodating and helpful to customers. She definitely won't put you first. Be wary. Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed with Crismon's Boutique and we will never shop there again.
