She said, that’ll be $50 so my husband gave her the $50 and left....then realized it should have been $41 so he went back in to get his $9. It was obvious she did this intentionally. Called manager but she acted like it was no big deal. I told her I was going to report this to the lottery board and she replied “do what you gotta do”.
